Career Opportunities at ECS

2007 Hartsville Teacher of the Year Sherry Carr, ECS 4th Grade Teacher

Due to movement among our ECS faculty and staff, we announce the following openings for Fall 2008:

  • Experienced Upper School Science Teacher
  • (1) Elementary Teacher
  • MS/HS Coaches/Athletic Director
  • Substitute Teachers

Working at Emmanuel is a rewarding experience. ECS is blessed to have certified, degreed teachers, several with Master's degrees and two having an earned Ph.D. Many of our faculty have been with the school more than ten years, with several having taught here for more than twenty years.

Aside from the expertise and degree qualifications, perhaps our biggest advertisement for teaching here is the number of ECS faculty and staff who are Crusader alumni! We are always seeking encouraging, energetic, and qualified employees who are committed to Christian education. Our 260 acre campus offers us room to grow beyond our current facilities, and at our present rate of growth, we anticipate needing additional space in the near future!

ECS teachers enjoy medical and dental insurance, a matching retirement plan, life insurance, disability insurance and discounted tuition.
